At CheckMyNINBVN.com.ng, we ensure that all identity verification services (NIN, BVN, data checks, and others) are processed smoothly. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be issued after payments are made through Paystack under our trading name "Mylostguide".

Eligibility for Refunds

You may qualify for a refund if one of the following applies:

• You were charged, but service was not delivered within the stated timeframe.
• Your request cannot be completed due to a technical error on our system.
• A duplicate payment was made due to network or system issues.

Non-Refundable Services

Refunds cannot be issued for:

• NIN validation already submitted to NIMC.
• IPE Clearance already processed.
• Any verification service where results have been successfully generated.

Refund Request Process

To request a refund, follow these simple steps:

1. Email us at support@checkmyninbvn.com.ng.
2. Include your full name, phone number, and reason for the refund.
3. Attach your Paystack transaction receipt or reference ID.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 3–7 working days depending on your bank. Refunds can only be sent to the original payment method used during checkout.
